This workout is for moms and kids of all ages.  Participants can expect a lightly structured workout where kids and moms can engage in a true workout OR play around in the gym with equipment and enjoy the space together.
 
There will be (3) stations with various exercises and equipment including tires, ropes, dumbbells, and more.  Moms will be able to pull their kids on tires, flip tires together, slam ropes, and all around share the fun fitness space with their kids.
 
*A signed Waiver & Release of Liability is required for all participants before participating in the workout.  A parent or guardian is required to sign for each minor child.
